Updated Wage Calculator + Strike Vote Ends Friday AM

We’ve updated our spreadsheet that calculates how Local 328’s and OHSU’s current wage proposals will affect employees. Just add your hourly wage and select your FTE from a drop-down menu and the spreadsheet will calculate:
How much you stand to gain with each proposal
How much a potential strike of varying lengths would cost you vs. how much you stand to gain from the across-the-board raises
Whether you’d receive more with the ratification bonus than with a retro pay back to July 1
