Mystery MetLife Letter

Did you recently receive a letter like one below?

OHSU Human Resources has asked us to let you know that if you’re one of the roughly 1,000 employees who received a letter like this, stating that your MetLife insurance is terming, you can disregard it — it was sent in error.
