We’ve prepared an Excel spreadsheet to calculate how Local 328’s and OHSU’s current across-the-board wage proposals will affect employees. Just add your hourly wage and select your FTE from a drop-down menu and the spreadsheet will calculate how much you stand to gain with each proposal.
You can also see how much a potential strike of varying lengths would cost you vs. how much you stand to gain from the across-the-board raises.

(Note: This spreadsheet doesn’t account for progression increases, differentials,etc. — only the across-the-board increases. It also assumes that the ATBs will ultimately be made retroactive.)
