Complete Your Bachelor’s Degree for Free
In response to the current economic uncertainty, AFSCME is offering scholarships for online degree programs in business administration and criminal justice at Central State University. This limited-time opportunity is an expansion of AFSCME’s low-cost bachelor’s degree completion program, which allows AFSCME members and their relatives who have an associate degree or have earned at least 60 credits to complete a bachelor’s degree online at little to no cost. You must enroll by June 22 to be eligible for this last-dollar scholarship, which allows students to complete their degree through graduation with no out-of-pocket costs for tuition, fees or e-books.
Who is Eligible?
Applicants must be:
Full dues-paying AFSCME members in good standing,
Retiree AFSCME members or
Family members of the above. (Eligible family members are (step-)children, (step-)grandchildren, spouses/domestic partners, financial dependents, siblings and parents (including in-laws). Additional family members may qualify.
Applicants must also have earned at least 60 credits or completed an associate degree in the intended major; if you do not yet have an associate degree, consider applying for the Free College Benefit instead.
