Today was a busy day. Our union’s team presented counterproposals re: remote work and economic language, as well as package proposals re: holidays and employee well-being. OHSU’s team presented counterproposals on matters such as attendance recognition, community-service leave and VAC/HOL requests, as well as packages re: discipline and assigning additional work and overtime.
