The 2023 Election Has Started!

The 2023 Board Election began this morning at 8 AM. As folks likely know, we have two competitive seats – President and Vice-President. The election runs through 5 P.M. Sept. 12th.

A small number of folks have had trouble registering. Please contact our Member Services Center for assistance and they will work with you to help you register or put you in contact with someone from the Local to assist you. 

Per our election policy, members who can’t vote online due to technical issues can cast an in-person ballot at our AFSCME Office. That location is 525 NE Oregon St, Portland Oregon 97232. The office is located on the 5th floor and a secure ballot box is near the front door. Just check-in with our staff as you come in as we need to ensure the ballot if filed properly. We understand this is not a convenient option but it is an option for folks.
