Election Update -- Vote Reminder and IT Issue

The election remains open for voting and will be open until 5 PM on Tuesday Sept. 12. We encourage all members to vote.

To vote simply click here to register for The Hub. Once you register on The Hub, click on the blue “Vote” button underneath the Election header on the main page to participate in the election. For this year’s election we have two contested races – President and Vice-President.

As we reported on Tuesday, there were a small number of members experiencing registration errors. As of today, 19 members reported the issue, 16 of those have been resolved and confirmed. We are awaiting confirmation from the other 3 but believe the issue resolved for them as well. 

Our IT Chair and Programmers have ID’d the issue and are working on a fix and proactively emailing anyone who experiences this moving forward. That said, if you have trouble registering, please contact our Member Services Center for assistance.

Our elections committee has continuously monitored this election to ensure it is free and fair. If members have concerns they can email, election2023@local328.org or contact our Member Services Center. 

Following the election we will report out to the membership via email and blog post as soon as we have official results.
