OHSU Continues to Propose 3.5%/3%/3%
We’ll be sharing a full update later tonight as usual, but, in the meantime, we want our members to know that OHSU continues to propose the following across-the-board pay increases, as part of an overall economic package:
Year 1: 3.5%
Year 2: 3.0%
Year 3: 3.0%
The economic package from OHSU also includes proposals around preceptor pay, a recognition bonus (instead of a retention bonus), ANI, and a few other areas; some movement was made in these proposals. The employer also presented a separate package related to on-call and call-back.
OHSU’s team made it clear that we’ll need to move from our proposed 9%/8%/8% across-the-board raises in order to reach a settlement. What are your thoughts?
