Mandatory Dues Cap Increase

Hello Union Siblings!

Starting January 1st there is a mandatory dues cap increase for all International AFSCME Unions which includes Local 328. Our dues cap was below the required minimum which means that it will have increased to $45.15 beginning January 1st instead of the previous 43.50 it was at.

The dues is based on a percentage of your pay and can be viewed in your paystubs. If your current dues payments are below the cap this change will not have any effect on you. If you are currently capped on your dues payment you should see this increase take effect on the first full paycheck starting from January 1st.
