2021-23 Executive Board

The Local 328 executive board oversees the ongoing operations of our union. Board members review union policies, sign off on letters of agreement with OHSU, decide which grievances should be taken to arbitration, create programming for members, approve new job classifications, develop Local 328’s annual operating budget.

2022 Bargaining Team

The Local 328 bargaining team will be instrumental in ensuring that our union’s represented employees have a strong contract to protect us, no matter what may lie ahead. Negotiations with OHSU will begin in February, and our team will undergo intensive training over the coming months to ensure that our members will be well represented at the bargaining table.
