3.5% - 3% - 3%

We’ll be sharing a full update later tonight as usual, but in the meantime, we wanted our members to know:

OHSU has now proposed the following across-the-board pay increases, as part of a mediation-proposal package:

• Year 1: 3.5%

• Year 2: 3.0%

• Year 3: 3.0%

This is an increase from the employer’s previous proposal of 2% increases for each year of the contract.
