2025 Negotiations Team Vote

Members,

The election for the contract bargaining Negotiations Team is active now on our Local 328 system The Hub.  Candidate statements are available in this blog post: Local 328 Negotiating Team Election Candidates & Statements

As the membership authorized seating some representatives as sector seats and some as at-large, the voting sheet may seem a bit confusing.

First each Sector is offered with the members who are running for a seat who are a member in that Sector.  The first choice allows you to compare which candidate you feel most strongly would represent that Sector.

Once all six sector seats are selected all of the candidate names appear as eligible for an at-large seat and you may select seven names.

Any member who feels very strongly that a single candidate should represent them is allowed to vote for that candidate as a Sector representative AND as an at-large representative if they so choose.

The highest vote in the Sector division will be seated first, no candidate can hold two seats so in the at-large division - any candidate already seated in a sector assignment will be crossed out and the remaining candidates will be seated by highest vote achieved.

Any member who would like to ask for assistance can contact member services at 844-758-6466

Local 328 stewards and staff will be holding tabling events and in-person ballot voting opportunities.

Thank you to all of our members who have supported and participated while we as member leaders have worked to make sure that we are modeling reparative work that benefits our entire bargaining unit.  Our goal is to ensure that all of our members can trust that the members participating in the bargaining process are correctly and fairly seated and fully empowered to represent our critical priorities.
