OHSU Women's ERG Meeting

Topic: Career Development

Presenter: Christine Lundeen, MA, LPC; Career Development Specialist with the CWE Center

Christine will talk about career resources available at OHSU and share ideas about how to develop yourself professionally, including networking and gaining leadership skills in a non-leadership position. There will be time for Q and A throughout the session and at the end. Christine provides career-development programming, classes, and career counseling with the goal of promoting an environment of career satisfaction and growth. Christine finds meaning in helping people identify their strengths, skills, interests, and values, and how those translate into a satisfying career path. In addition to supporting individuals, she is also enthusiastic about working on organization-wide initiatives that increase work engagement. She is licensed professional counselor (LPC) and holds a master's degree in counseling from the University of Cincinnati and an undergraduate degree in psychology from Linfield College.
